Most business owners can’t read their own processing statement. That’s not an accident. Statements are written so you’ll stop looking.

What you’re really paying. Your true all-in rate, not the teaser rate you signed up for.
Which fees are junk. Some fees are real. Some were invented to pad the bill. I’ll mark which is which.
What could hurt you later. The thing nobody checks: whether anything in your setup puts you at risk of held funds or a frozen account. Finding that early is worth more than any rate cut.

How the statement review works

Upload one recent month’s statement below. The form is encrypted, and your statement is seen by me and no one else.
I review it personally. Not an intern, not an algorithm.
Within 2 business days you get my findings in plain English, plus a 15-minute call if you want to talk it through.

The honest part

Sometimes I look at a statement and the news is: you have a fair deal, stay where you are. When that’s true, I’ll say so and you’ll never hear from me again unless you want to. A review costs you nothing but the two minutes it takes to upload. The only bad outcome is continuing to pay fees you’ve never had explained.
