1. How do I apply?
Just fill out our online Pre-Application Form and a representative will contact you for specifics on your business. If you prefer, call us a 1.800.515.9583 and we will email or fax the application to you. Once the application is returned complete, we typically have an approved merchant account within 24 hours.

2. Do you accept all business types?
We accept retail, restaurant, mail-order, telephone-order, professionals, trade shows, internet-based, and home-based businesses.

3. I have bad credit, what if Iā€™m declined?
Very few applicants are declined; our approval rate is 98%. We charge no application fee, so there is nothing to lose.

4. What if I need help with my account?
We have knowledgeable, courteous customer service and technical support representatives available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most calls are answered within 20 seconds, so you will quickly get the answer you need.

5. How long does it take to get set up?
Once we have your complete merchant application your account will typically be approved within 24 hours.

6. How soon do I get my money?
Your funds are deposited directly into your business checking account, typically in two business days. Most merchant accounts are eligible for next day funding.

7. Do I need to open a new bank account?
No, all funds are directed to the business checking account of your choice.

8. What is your rate?
The discount rate is a percentage rate cost of every approved transaction. Our discount rates are extremely competitive. We have a Certified Payments Professional (CPP) on staff who specializes in structuring the best merchant account and lowest cost for your business.

9. Do you charge an application fee?
No. There is no application fee. Our application is short, easy to complete and risk-free.
